Annual Homeowners Meeting APRIL 11, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of the Mariners Woods Homeowners Association that there will be a meeting of the members held on:

Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM 

Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department Pavilion

3309 Twiggs Ferry Road, Hartfield, VA.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect Members to the Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term and to update the members regarding other such business that may be brought before the meeting.

Any owner who wishes to run, or who would like to nominate someone to run, for the Board of Directors may submit the information by any one of the following methods:

o Or in person to any Board Member

AGENDA AND PROXY//BALLOT WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY FROM THIS NOTICE.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may give your Proxy to someone to cast your selected vote, or to act in your place for all voting matters. IN YOUR ABSENSE, A PROXYWILL ENSURE THAT A QUORUM CAN BE ESTABLISHED AND THAT YOUR VOTE COUNTS.

Only members who are current on their annual dues may vote at the meeting. If you have not submitted your dues for the current year or past years, or owe any type of assessment to the Association, please send to: PO Box 256, Hartfield, VA, 23071. All members are encouraged to attend.
