1 vote for Non-Resident Lot Owners (unimproved lots). 2 votes for Resident Lot Owners (improved lots).  Note that any record owner in good standing may cast a vote for their respective Lot(s). For example, if a husband and wife are both record owners, either may attend the meeting to cast their qualified vote(s). However, if you are entitled to cast 2 votes as a Resident Lot Owner, your votes may not be split between candidates or split for voting on other matters.

If you will attend the meeting to cast your vote, you may bring this form to the meeting and your ballot will be collected at the appropriate time. Blank ballots will also be available at the meeting. If you are NOT going to attend the Mariners Woods Homeowners Meeting for 2026, you may designate someone to act as your proxy during the meeting by completing the Proxy information below. Your Proxy may be given to a Mariners Woods Homeowners Association member, or to any person. Please ensure your designated proxy has this form signed by you when they attend the meeting, as they will be required to present the document at the meeting.
